Happy Friday, friends! A super fun celebratory weekend awaits (more on that later in the post ;)), but first, it's time to share a handful of highlights from the past week! Five Loves time!
1. We missed one holiday, so we focused on another!
My in-laws hosted an early Thanksgiving celebration on Saturday. Sadly, Princess was sick so she and I were stuck at home while Jason and Little One headed off for feasting and family fun. Although we were bummed to miss the festivities, we made the best of the situation by having our first Christmas movie marathon of the year! Shortly after our third merry flick concluded Jason returned with some lovin' from his mama's oven. I savored every bite of the delicious to-go feast, complete with a sweet finale! See that cheesecake there? It's from The Cheesecake Factory, then topped with my mother-in-law's scrumptious homemade strawberry sauce! Thanksgiving is such a yummy holiday!
Jason recently lost 30 pounds, which in turn led to his wedding ring being lost, twice in the past week! The first time it was flung from his fingertips as he tossed a basketball in his parents' front yard. His entire family was on the hunt for it between feasting. Several hours and a metal detector later it was recovered! However, it didn't remain securely on his hand for long. A few days later he noticed it disappeared while doing yard work. We went through the bags of leaves he'd raked with great care, but it never turned up. So, it was time to go get him a new one. It's masculine, not too flashy, and I think it suits him well. Best of all, this one fits!
3. We have a *NEW* Disney vacation video up on YouTube!
This week my hubby published the first video from last month's trip to Disney World on our YouTube channel, Eat, Sleep, Dis, Repeat! Watching those memories of celebrating Little One's birthday at WDW was most definitely a highlight of the week for me! I'd love to have you click through HERE to see the fun footage too! While there, I invite you to click that "subscribe" button to catch all the upcoming weekly vids!

4. Trip Report Tuesday is BACK!
This week I shared a new addition to an old series, Trip Report Tuesday! If you missed it, you can find that pixie dusted post HERE!
Here's a sneak peek of what's to come in next Tuesday!...
I can hardly wait to share all the magical details of that special day!
5. Anniversary Celebration Anticipation!
{I saved the best for last!}
Tomorrow Jason and I will celebrate our 17th Wedding Anniversary! Look at us in that photo, both just a few months into our 20's. We weren't even old enough to toast the day with a sip of champagne, but we couldn't have cared less!
Words cannot fully express the depth of my gratitude to God for blessing me with a husband who is such a great man of integrity and honor! Growing up and growing old with him has been the best adventure imaginable! He's held my hand through every trial we've faced together, and makes me laugh every single day. My life is so much richer and fuller because I gave him my heart and he gave me his last name!
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a fabulous weekend!
Join me in the adventures to come!
