I'm tickled pink to be back today with Five Loves! This one will be a bit different from the normal weekly recap. Rather than five favorites from this week, I'm going to share five reasons why I can hardly wait for our Disney World vacation {which is coming very soon}!
One // New Disney Memories!
This trip will be an extra special one as my parents are joining us! They have not been since taking my sister and I in December of 1989! So much has changed since then. I can hardly wait to see the Disney Parks anew through their eyes! The memories that our three generations will make side by side will be priceless!
Two // Celebrating Little One's 11th Birthday!
We've celebrated many things in the Disney Parks over the years. Jason and I honeymooned at Disney World, and have returned during a few of our wedding anniversaries. We've also celebrated our birthdays in a belated fashion there, but this will be our first time there on an actual birthday! This birthday loving, Little One adoring, mama is over the moon about celebrating my sweetie pie in the most magical place on the planet!
Three // Living my Disney Dream
My #1 Disney dream for years now has been to become a Disney Vacation Club member. This year that dream came true, and I am ecstatic to be taking our first trip as DVC members! I can hardly wait to hear those beautiful words, "Welcome Home!" upon arrival to our home resort, Animal Kingdom Lodge!
{If you haven't heard of Disney Vacation Club and are curious what I'm all excited about, you can read more about it here.}
Four // Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party
We will be attending my favorite Disney event, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom! I absolutely love the party exclusive parade, special HalloWishes fireworks display, and the opportunity to trick or treat at my age! Nights don't get much sweeter than that!
Here's a post I previous shared on this spooktacular event:
Five // Sipping, Snacking, & Shopping!
You all know I LOVE good eats and an excuse to shop! This trip we look forward to eating our way around the world {showcase} at Epcot's 20th Anniversary Food & Wine Festival and my souvenir wish list is already a mile long. We'll see what finds its way back with me in my suitcase! I'll be sure to bring back a pretty pinch of pixie dust to share with you here too!
I'm beyond excited to continue my Trip Report Tuesday series, with fresh new Disney World posts when we return! I will surely share a WDW souvenir haul, and our foodie faves too!
Here were some of our fave eats from last trip:
The Frozen S'mores & Kalua Pork Slider are back at this year's Food & Wine Festival! This girl can hardly wait to savor every bite and sweet sip of that yumminess once again!
Care to take a trip down blog post memory lane? Here's our last WDW souvenir haul:
See ya real soon! Why? Because I like you!
Join me in the adventures to come!
