Happy FRIDAY, lovelies!
Here are a five lit'l things that I'm loving on this fantastic and fanciful F-R-I-D-A-Y . . .
1. Eat, Sleep, Dis, Repeat hit 100 subscribers!!!
Looking for an escape from the still {in our area anyway} winter-ish weather? This week's Eat, Sleep, Dis, Repeat vid includes plenty of sunshine, water slides, and Mickey sprinkles, at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park!
Be sure to check out the other 9 videos too, Disney magic makes Fridays {or any day!} even better! (:
2. Kate Spade "Get Out of Town" Tote Knockoff!
So, I have this problem. You may have noticed that I adore Kate Spade loveliness, but my budget doesn't realistically allow for me to splurge on every lit'l thing that I swoon over. Adorable, affordable, DIY look-a-likes to the rescue! This cutie caught my eye on Pinterest this week!! LOVE it!
How talented is Bev of Flamingo Toes to recreate Kate Spade likeness in such a stunning way? I'm crazy about every last detail of this bag!

I'm always looking for a pretty excuse to play on Polyvore! Here's the cheery goodness that I enjoyed putting together this week...
Whatever the weather, a smile is the loveliest accessory!
4. All Grown Up...
... the cast of"Growing Pains", and those who tuned in every week! A few days ago my parents and I were chatting about the days of "Growing Pains". Can you believe it's been TWENTY-NINE years since it first aired?!!
Remember how "totally awesome" that show was? While Growing Pains was one of my favorites growing up, I prefer Kirk Cameron in this vid much more! I love the reaction at the end of their conversation! Check it out!...
...that's a wake-up call we can all use!
5. Little Things ...

Hi Brenda, happy Friday! I'm loving that bag, may just have to get one for myself. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeletemy brother was all about red vines and mister pibb, i wonder if the licorice and cherry coke is just as good any any straw you can eat after drinking through it is fine by me!
ReplyDeleteI actually like the knock off tote more than the Kate Spade original! It is such a shame I cannot sew at all, which is just baffling because I use to hand sew clothes for my stuffed animals as a kid.
ReplyDeleteLove the rainy day inspiration! Super duper cute, love the leggings.
Growing Pains was so good! I watched it on reruns all the time. I cannot believe it was that long ago. Wow.
I've never thought to drink through a twizzler before. I do know that it hurts a lot if you get whipped with one though - that comes from boredom and friends at a yearbook conference back in high school. I think drinking through one is probably a better use.
I'm loving the Kate Spade knockoff tote! And the licorice straw...oh yum!!!!! I may have to try that. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteBrenda! Thanks for the comment on my blog and the cute spring inspiration on Polyvore! Thanks for the reminder that rainy days can still be a blessing!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!--Rachel @The Unfinished Mrs.
I love everything about this post...from Michael Scott lip-syncing to that darling tote to the Growing Pains flashback (what?? I'm only a year older than the show!), love!! Oh, and I'm one of those Disney subscribers. =)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend!
That Kate Spade knockoff! Definitely going to have to pin that!
