35 by 35! #5


Good morning, friends!  Week four wrapped up beautifully ... sharing time!

Progress:
I've shed 3 more pounds!  Woohoo!

As I look back at my weight loss over the past four weeks I can't help but laugh!  I initially aimed to lose two pounds per week.   Instead I lost 1 pound the first week, followed by three pounds the next.  Last week I dropped only one pound, but the pattern repeated this morning when the scale revealed there were three less unwanted pounds of me today!  It has all balanced out and I'm thrilled to be right on track!  

Although I have a long way to go, I am starting to feel better which motivates me all the more to resist temptation and push forward towards my goal!

Food Find:

Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter? Such a delicious combo!  These yummy bars have a fraction of the calories you'd spend on those tempting candy bars at the grocery store check out, yet I think they are every bit as delicious!  I've been happily using 3 WW points towards this "skinny candy bar" when my sweet tooth is begging for chocolatey goodness!



Tip of the Week:
Make the most of gorgeous Summer weather and find excuses to squeeze in extra exercise during normal every day activities.  Choose to walk instead of grabbing those car keys if heading somewhere nearby.  Next time you go shopping, rather than circling a store parking lot to find something closer, go ahead and take that further parking spot.  Simple choices that add steps to your day, in time may take inches from the waistline too. ;)

  1. OH yes those bars look so yummy when I can have sugar again so will be on my good to snack on list!

    I did go off my diet on Sunday, first time in over 9 months. I'm paying the price for the birthday splurge but this week will be so much better.

    I've been getting out do my walks since the weather is permitting.
