I have a confession to make. I am not a brownie snob. Homemade or from a box. Gooey, cakey, or chewy, I dare say, I've never met a brownie I didn't like . . . but these brownies I L-O-V-E! They were created with my oldest daughter in mind, who also enjoys a good brownie and cannot get enough of all things mint. Thus, this scrumptious creation was born! They were such a success that I've been informed that these are "The BEST Brownies EVER!"
You'll wanna grab your grocery list. I have just a few ingredients you may be compelled to add. ;)
Steps to Ooey Gooey Delight:
Thanks for stopping by! Don't be shy. Please say, "HI!"
{Visit my LINK PARTIES! page to see where I've shared this recipe, and find other fabulous bloggers' creations, too!}
Thanks, Elizabeth! If you're a fan of Andes and melted chocolate, you must try these!! They're so simple and absolutely scrumptious! ... Thanks for stopping by! Great to hear from you. :*)
We are nominating you for the Leibster award. Please check out our post tonight to see the details. Have a great night! Joye & Myrna (The Busy Bee's) thebusybhive.blogspot.com
Sorry, Dorothy! It was gone before I even received your comment ;) LOL! I'd so be up for making two more pans though ... I have a hard time sharing deliciousness too! ;*)
Aren't Andes irresistible?! They're a big part of why these brownies didn't last 24 hrs here! lol :) Thanks for stopping by ... hope you'll give this simple recipe a try! I'd love to hear what you think if you do ;)
Oh lord girl I can't visit you anymore until I'm done with this diet ... lol. This looks so yummy! I always love your plating and the fun way you take pictures :)
If mint + chocolate is your favorite combo, you definitely need to try these ASAP!! :*) Thanks so much for stopping by, Sara! Wonderful to "meet" you! :)
Can't go wrong with that combo! :) These are super simple, and just as delicious as they are easy!! Let me know what you think if you make them! Have a lovely day, Vicky! Wonderful to hear from you!!
That looks ridiculous! First off - I have every single thing needed for this recipe sitting in my kitchen right now and it will be hard not to make them tonight even though I know it's too late to cook tonight. But I"m pinning so I can make some this weekend!
Don't you love it when you find a recipe you want to try and you already have everything you need on hand?! Perfect!! I admire your will power, Kelli! I probably would've made and eat half the pan before bed! LOL! Thanks for pinning! Hope you enjoy them this weekend! :)
WOW! I am a bit lazy so I think I will sprinkle my choc chips on top of the marshmallows and put in the oven. Heck...I think I have the ingredients to make this NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This look so good that I don't even dare to try this. The entire pan will disapper in approximately one minute and thirt nine and a half seconds ;) And I had wowed to cut some sugar intake :(
That's about how long they lasted here ;) lol. Good for you in cutting back your sugar intake...hope you were able to look away before you were too tempted ;)
Thanks, Judy! Your comment sure made me smile!! So nice to "meet" you! Appreciate you following my blog and Pinterest too! :*) Hope you enjoy a fabulous upcoming weekend!! :)
